Agniya Anggraeni having Master of Law degree from University of Indonesia which previously obtained her Bachelor of Law from Trisakti University. She is registered advocate of the Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI) and certified of the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultant at HKHPM.
Agniya has been involved in number of significant matters, she advised clients in the practice areas of Banking & Finance; Capital Markers & Securities; and Corporate Commercial/Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Corporate Commercial Dispute with specialized in debt for equity swaps, investment, negotiate, draft & analyze agreement, bond/notes issuances, initial public offerings, acquisitions of assets/lands/shares, business entity, corporate structuring, joint ventures, venture capital & start-up.
