Announcement of our New Senior Associate – Andrew Atmadja

Effective 1 June 2023, Andrew Atmadja holds his position as Senior Associate. He has been with the firm since 2017. He completed his bachelor degree from University of Indonesia and is a registered advocate of the Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI).

Andrew specialized in capital market retail transaction, acquisition of assets/lands/shares, commercial agreements, corporate structuring, estate & succession planning as well as corporate dispute of alternative dispute resolution, business torts, allegations of fraud & professional misconduct, debt restructuring and other corporate commercial dispute. Andrew strengths in the sectors of energy, investment management, mining, natural resources, and securities brokerage.
