On 19 December 2025, the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) issued OJK Regulation Number 40 of 2025 on the Use of Proceeds from Public Offering (“POJK No. 40/2025”), revoking and replacing the OJK Regulation Number 30/POJK.04/2015 on the Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from Public Offering.
