Indonesia officially adopts the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (“DPA”) under Law No. 20 of 2025 on Indonesia Criminal Law Procedure.
The DPA is designed to facilitate efficient law enforcement and enhance corporate compliance and remediation by permitting corporations to undertake corrective measures in lieu of immediate prosecution, subject to the fulfillment of specified obligations.
