IPO Coaching Clinic with the theme of “Go Big with Go Public”

As part of office corporate responsibility to strengthen the capital market sector and further share knowledge to the business-owners regarding capital market in Indonesia, Imran Muntaz & Co. On 24 February 2023, our firm participated in the Market Deepening: IPO Coaching Clinic with the theme of “Go Big with Go Public” in Bali. This IPO Coaching Clinic is held by Indonesia Stock Exchange, IDClear, Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in cooperation with the Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Bali and Nawa Cita Pariwisata Indonesia (NCPI).

This event was also attended by the prospective issuers, underwriter, and public accounting firm. The purpose of this event was to provide the awareness and for Go Public, to support the business development of companies in Bali through the Indonesian capital market by Go Public and as an educational platform regarding the IPO preparation process from various aspects, which including the financial aspect, legal aspect, and disclosure aspect. By this event we hope business-owners in Indonesia, especially in Bali, more engage and further aware about capital market sector in Indonesia, therefore in the long run, can enter the capital market sectors and strengthen Indonesia economics through capital market.

Our managing partner, Imran Muntaz has got the opportunity to provide knowledge in open discussion to prospective issuers regarding the legal process in the IPO plan and explaining the role of legal consultants in the IPO process, which includes legal due diligence, making the legal opinion, and review the other legal documents.
