New Partner Announcement – Michael C. Bangun

Michael has been practicing for more than a decade. He appointed as a new partner effectively 1 June 2023. He completed his bachelor degree from University of Indonesia and is a registered advocate of the Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI).

He has been involved in numerous deals and transactions including but not limited to bond/notes issuance, initial public offering, well as rights offerings, banking, bilateral & syndication facilities, cross-border financing structures, investment funds, loan finance, and negotiate, draft, analyze agreements, acquisition of assets/lands/shares, business entity, corporate structuring, and joint ventures. He experience in a wide range of business sectors of bank, energy, financial services, investment management, mining, natural resources, and plantation in the representative practices and represent local and international corporate clients.
