The Company "IOTF" is set to initiate it Initial Public Offering (IPO) via PT Sumber Sinergi Makmur Tbk

Congratulations to our client PT Sumber Sinergi Makmur Tbk (“IOTF”) for being officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchage.

Acting as the legal consultant, Imran Muntaz & Co (“IMCO”) had the honor of assisting IOTF in its successful Initial Public Offering (“IPO”).

In addition, IOTF simultaneously issued Series I Warrants accompanying the new shares of IOTF. Total funds from the Series I Warrants are IDR143,000,000,000 at maximum.

The proceeds of the IPO and the funds obtained from the exercise of the Series I Warrants are proposed to be used for working capital in order to purchase supplies in the form of GPS tracker devices and other supporting devices.
