As the legal consultants, Imran Muntaz & Co (“IMCO”) had the privilege of facilitating ATLA throughout its noteworthy Initial Public Offering (“IPO”).

Moreover, ATLA concurrently issued Series I Warrants alongside its new shares, generating proceeds totaling IDR 522,000,000,000.

The raised capital from both the IPO and the Series I Warrants is earmarked for various operational needs.
